It's easy to get so caught up in your own perceptions that you just dismiss any other viewpoints.  Take the time to learn why others may see things differently than you do-the more you reach out to and learn from others the more you will grow.

Sometimes no matter how hard you try to achieve something, you just can't seem to reach that goal. This may be a fear of success, it may be the Universe putting blocks in your way to help you learn and grow, or it may be that you are not meant to attain that particular objective.  Try not to get caught up in negativity but focus on what you are learning while you reach for your goal.

Kenaz and the 3 of Pentacles both reversed are telling us that it is time to really look at what our goals are; to take a step back and reevaluate what it is we are trying to accomplish, and if it is worth the effort we’ve have been putting in to it. We may have become so closed-minded on this goal that we just aren’t seeing the signs telling us to step away. We need to take a long, hard look at what we’ve been doing, look at it with fresh eyes, and decide if it still seems worthwhile.
