Today is definitely a big picture kind of day: a day when you have to look at what is best in the long run and do that, no matter how painful it may be short term.  Sometimes you really do have to be willing to make a sacrifice right now so that you can reach much greater heights down the road.

It's easy to get so caught up in the everyday rat race that you don't take time to appreciate what you have, and the successes you've achieved.  Having goals is a wonderful and necessary thing, but don't get so focused on the next goal that you forget to enjoy the successes you've already achieved.  You worked hard for them, take time to enjoy them, no matter how big or small they may be.

There are some changes on the horizon, some that may truly shake up your life.  Sometimes its only through disruption and adversity that things change so you can learn and grow.  Usually, the bigger the change, the more important the lesson you need to learn, the more extreme the adversity will be.

 Change is never easy and you may be more comfortable clinging to the familiar rather than making changes that you know would benefit you.  You may not be able to see how to get out of a difficult situation right now because you just can't fathom actually upsetting your life as much as you need to for things to change.  Remember that is your perspective, you are actually much stronger than you give yourself credit for.

The size of the changes we need to make, that'll be the size of the disruption sent our way if we don't take care of things ourselves.

You can only go as far in life as you believe you can and deserve to go; now is the time to dump those beliefs that hold you back from being the best you can be.

Do not focus so much on what these constraints are that they become bigger in your mind than they are in reality.  Instead, focus on making the best of the hand that you have been dealt-how big an obstacle is really is a matter of perspective-don't lose yours.
