Take some time for quiet reflection today, time to just relax and enjoy yourself.  Sometimes you spend so much time and energy on helping others that you leave nothing for yourself-so take today to take care of yourself-you've definitely earned it.

Fehu Reversed paired with the Page of Cups is cautioning us not to spend all of our resources, and that includes time and energy on others.   We need to make sure that we have enough for ourselves first.   There is nothing wrong with telling someone we can't help them, especially if helping them will cause us to struggle.
