Sometimes it is necessary to fail at something in order to learn where your energy should truly be focused.

Don't take these failures personally, they are learning experiences, and part of your path. When one path closes to you, take a different one, one that looks interesting-you'll eventually get where you're supposed to be.

 You've had some rough times lately, but you have gotten through them.  Now it is time to relax, to recharge yourself.  Don't spend a lot of time focusing on what hasn't gone so well lately, instead spend this time on yourself, and on making plans for the future.  You've undoubtedly learned a lot recently, so use that new found knowledge to plan your next steps.

The pairing of Algiz reversed with the 4 of Swords is telling us that some things in our lives are coming to an end, and probably not the conclusion that we had been hoping for.  We need to not focus on the disappointment of things not working out and instead concentrate on what we have learned.  It's now time to take a break, to just relax for a bit, while we decide where we want to go next.
