Step back a bit from all your commitments and look at why you're so busy-and what you're so busy with. Focus on the truly important tasks and set the others aside for another day, or perhaps, you can ask someone else to help with some of them.

Today's world is very fast-paced and sometimes we get so caught up in what we think we need to do that we forget what is really important-helping each other.
