It's time to take the high road today, to do what is best in the long run, not the short term. This may not be easy, sometimes you can accomplish a lot short term; while focusing on the long term looks, and more importantly, feels like accomplishing nothing. Just remember that the short term stuff can be done almost any time; if you miss the opportunity to start the long term work, you may never get it back.

 Although you have a lot to get done, take some time for yourself today. Slaving away constantly without a little rest and fun every once in a while will only lead to burnout. You can't do your best work unless you refresh yourself-so go for a walk, play a game, watch a movie, whatever works for you, take some time to do that today.

We need to focus on doing what is best for us in the long run, especially in terms of our work, whatever that may be-a traditional job, taking care of the house and/or children, school,or even our own business.  It is essential today to take care of ourselves, to take some time for us, to have some fun, to relax, to maybe schedule that Dr. appointment we've been putting off. Whatever it is, today is the day to take the time to do it.
