Don't expect to make a lot of progress on anything today, but do expect to make some progress.  Things will happen in their own time, not on your schedule.  Patience is absolutely necessary to reach the outcome that you want, and that is meant to be.

Know that you can not only handle whatever comes your way today, but that you can actually tame it.  You are made not so much made stronger by adversity as made more aware of how strong you truly are.  Take that hard won knowledge at go after what you really want.
