No matter how much we crave instantaneous gratification sometimes we just have to wait for things to happen.  We can lay the groundwork, dot all the i's and cross the t's but then we have to wait for things to progress in their own time.  Don't stress yourself out with busywork today, just know you have done all you can and that the results will just take time.

Uruz paired with the reversed 3 of Wands is telling us that we not only need to make sacrifices in order to grow, we also need to have patience.  Although we feel the effects of the sacrifices instantly, and are reminded of them often, especially at first, it takes longer to see the growth that comes from those losses. Trying to rush the results we want never works, and can actually backfire on us.  Use patience today in all things.
