You may feel like you are stuck in a fog today, like you just can't focus.  Be aware that it's easy to misinterpret what people say to you today, or to miss messages completely.  This may actually be meant to happen; it's a way of clearing your mental fog and helping you stay more focused, or of giving you a new perspective.

Although you have accomplished much in your life, and have a lot to sustain you, today you feel like something is missing, like there must be more to life than this.  Find something to do just for yourself, perhaps something creative.  Paint, sing, write, dance, whatever gives you joy-just do it for you, not for anyone else.

Ansuz reversed paired with the King of Cups is reminding us that no matter how much we accomplish in life, no matter how full our lives become, we always have to take time for ourselves.  We all need something that is just ours, and the time and space to nurture that seed within us.
