 Sometimes it is necessary to take the high road, to do what is right instead of what might be momentarily satisfying. Stay focused on your long term goals and do what will best help you achieve them.  That may mean making some sacrifices, but it will be worth it in the long run.

Be careful of wasting opportunities and/or resources that come your way today.  Just because you are not interested in something right now doesn't mean you won't be in a few months or years.  Try not to close the door on anything today-leave all your possibilities open.

 

The Two Together:

 

Tir paired with the reversed Ace of Pentacles is telling us not to turn our back on an opportunity just because its not appealing right now.  Sometimes we have to give something up now so we can have more in the future.  Taking on extra responsibilities for little or no compensation may not be very appealing at the moment, but if it improves our chances for promotion in the future, it may be worth doing.
