You feel a bit nostalgic today, a longing for a simpler time.  That may just be the change in energy with the end of summer coming, and the kids going back to school; or it may be that you feel you have lost touch with part of yourself in the hurry of today's world.  Take some time for yourself today, meditate, take a bubble bath-however you want to just relax and spend time with yourself.  You'll be amazed at how much a little time focusing on you can recharge your batteries.
