Take some time to relax today.  Whether you need to regain your strength or equilibrium after a difficult time, or you need to rest before beginning a new challenge, today is the perfect opportunity to just relax.  We all need downtime, and there is nothing wrong with putting off new projects until you are in the right place physically and mentally to tackle them.

The Two Together

The pairing of Uruz and the 4 of Swords is a reminder that we all need some downtime, even from self-improvement.  People building muscles need to give the muscles time to rest and rebuild, dieters need to be able to indulge occasionally; likewise we need to step back every now and then when we are changing our lives.  Taking a break from making changes gives us a chance to appreciate just how far we have come, and to gather our resources for the next step.
