You may feel like you have been beating your head against a wall lately; that all the hard work you've been putting in has been for nothing; that no one has appreciated, or even noticed it.  It's always hard to know what another is thinking, just because appreciation isn't always expressed, doesn't mean it isn't felt.

 You've been doing a ton of hard work lately and feel like you haven't made any progress at all.  It's often laying the groundwork for something that is the hardest and least appreciated part of doing it.  Very few people think of all the studying that scientists did before they made their great discoveries-think of the work you're doing now as that kind of groundwork.  The rewards come later.

 Othala reversed paired with the 10 of Wands is telling us not to be discouraged.  Although we have a lot of hard work ahead, it will be worth it in the end. Sometimes you just have to force your way through the drudgery to reach the goal that's important to you.
