It's easy to begin second guessing yourself when things aren't going well, to deny your intuition, to question your every thought.  Doing this, while understandable, will lead to a complete standstill in your life.  By overthinking everything and second-guessing yourself you feed into any negative energy that is around you.  Take a minute, meditate if possible, and go with your gut.  You have to make decisions to break out of a bad cycle, and sometimes even bad decisions are better than none at all. 

Tarot Card of the Day: 6 of Pentacles 

Generosity and sharing are the keywords for today, very fitting for Valentine's Day.  Spread some kindness around today, no matter how bad things might be, there is always someone worse off.  That's a really good thing to remember today: if all you have to give is a smile, give one to everyone!  You might be very pleasantly surprised at what is given back to you.

The Two Together

Lagaz reversed indicates life at a standstill due to self-doubt.  The 6 of Pentacles is telling you to reach out to others, to do something good for someone else.  What a wonderful way to break out of a rut, by helping someone else-maybe even helping them break out of their own rut.
