Rune of the Day: Beork Reversed

This looks like the beginning of a somewhat stressful week.  In fact,  it may very well feel like you are moving backwards today.   Things seem to be moving at the very least in slow motion, if not actually in reverse.  Expect some setbacks, expect to see progress that you have made come undone, at least a little.  Work that you have done on some projects may have to be completely redone.  The best that can be hoped for today is that things just stay the same. 

Tarot Card of the Day: 4 of Pentacles

You may be tempted to keep things hidden today, to stay to yourself and let others alone.  We all need alone time, just be sure that you are not withdrawing to be spiteful, and that your actions are not hurting others, even unintentionally.  Often withdrawing is a way of avoiding problems, just remember the problems will still be there, waiting to be dealt with. 

The Two Together

Beork reversed indicates things not going well, while the 4 of Pentacles reflects hoarding, withdrawing, even selfishness.  Be careful how you react today when things go wrong.  Remember that you are not the only one affected, others are involved also.   Withdrawing from the situation, blaming others, trying to minimize your consequences are all perfectly understandable, but not constructive.  Fixing a problem is always a better answer than hiding from it.
