Rune of the Day: Ansuz

Listen carefully to what others tell you today, open lines of communication are very important.  New opportunities, new friendships, new connections all can be yours today if you are just open to them and paying attention to the messages coming your way.  Not all of these will come by the usual methods, expect the unexpected.  Pay attention to the subtle things, this may be the Universe's way of sending you a message that you really need to hear. 

Tarot Card of the Day: 6 of Wands 

 Achievement and success are the key words for today.  Take stock of all your accomplishments, don't brag about them, just use them as guideposts to realize how far you have come in your life.  Looking back on old goals achieved, and the pattern of where you let each success take you, is a pretty good guide of where you are headed.  If you seem to be headed on a path you're not happy with, today is the day to change direction; to set a new goal; to find a new path.
