You may be so focused on what's going on with you and yours today that you're missing out on the big picture.  Sometimes what feels like an injustice is actually a necessity, just on a larger scale; such as taking a pay cut to remain employed.  Try to step back from the situation, looking at everything that's happening will help put it in perspective.

You are perfectly willing to help others today, but only on your terms.  The problem is, what they need may not be what you're willing to give. If you can't help with what is needed, don't be upset if your generosity is refused.  Sometimes only certain kinds of help will do.
