Don't expect to make any progress today, forward or backward. Things are at a standstill, and any plans you have made may very well be frustrated.  Just wait out this period of stasis; you are being given a period of rest, try to enjoy it.

Take control of what part of yourself is holding you back today.  Don't worry about outside influences-focus on yourself-is it self doubt? a physical limitation? an emotional or mental imbalance?  Whatever it is there is help for it, there are ways to deal with it and go on with your life.  Some things may limit our lives a little bit, but in today's world, there is a ton of help so that we can make the most of ourselves.

Isa paired with the Devil reversed is telling us that we need to focus on ourselves today: that we cannot move forward until we have confronted at least one of our internal demons.  We need to look hard at ourselves today, and recognize what we are letting hold us back internally.  Then we need to deal with that so that we can move on with our lives and make the most of ourselves.
