this epiphany has made things much more clear to you. You may not be
able to change them, and you may not agree with them any more than
you did before, but with understanding comes peace of mind and a
degree of acceptance. Often it isn't any particular thing in our
lives that needs to change to bring us more happiness, just our
understanding of the things in our lives.
