Take some down time today, don't start any new projects. You seem to be running into roadblocks at every turn, and there is little if anything you can do about any of them. These are all obstacles that are out of your control, and trying to push through them will only lead to more frustration.

It may just be time to reevaluate part of your life, in particular your career or how you spend most of your time. You may feel overwhelmed, disappointed or frustrated, but that does not necessarily mean it is time to walk away. Take a good hard look both at what you contribute and at what you receive in return. Make sure you look at things fairly, not emotionally, then decide what to do.
The Two Together
Isa paired with the 9 of Wands is telling us not to make any changes right now, especially in our career. We need to not only take time to reevaluate, but also make every effort to make things work in our current situation. There may very well be a time to change things soon, but it is not right now.
