You are making real progress today in changing the things you don't like about your life.  These may not be huge steps, but they are still progress.  Remember, even small changes add up; often the changes are so small that we have to look back to realize how far we have come.

You need to take time for yourself today.  Whether things are going well, or you are overwhelmed with adversity, nothing will be solved if you let yourself burn out.  Take some down time and just reconnect with you.  It will help you keep things on an even keel.

Ehwaz paired with the 4 of Swords is cautioning us not to get carried away and rush any changes we want to make in our life.  It's easy to just keep pushing, especially when things are changing the way we want them to, but overdoing, or doing too quickly, rarely works out long term.  Take some time to decompress, to really focus on what has changed, and what still needs to be done.
