Jera tells us that our hard work is paying off, the Reversed Devil reminds us that most of this work is what we have been doing on ourselves.  We are finally seeing some real progress and breaking loose of the things we have been letting hold us back.  If we just keep working on our problems they won't be able to hold us down.
