 Although things are not going well at all today, they are not as completely hopeless as they seem.  Everything seems overwhelming, but seems is the key word.  Step back, look at the situation coldly, and change what needs to be changed.  If you can just stop focusing on what is going wrong, and focus on what needs to change, you'll find a solution.

It may be difficult to juggle all the demands on your time today.  Prioritizing is the key for getting through the day: sometimes we have to put certain things on hold so we can focus on what is more important to us at the moment.  This is one of the days when we really need to focus on what is most important to us.
