Be careful not to let others take advantage of you today-it's all well and good to help someone out but there is a fine line between helping and carrying. Everything in life is give and take, we are always in flux between the two; sometimes giving more, sometimes taking more. When someone is constantly taking more and the situation never changes, it's time to move on.

Don't spend too much time thinking about what to do next, you just might lose the opportunity to act. Very often we are given chances to seize what we want in life, spending too much time consider these opportunities can lead to missing them, or worse, watching others walk away with them.
The Two Together
Gifu paired with the reversed Knight of Wands is telling us not to wait when we are in an unfair situation. The longer it takes us to make changes, the harder those changes will be to implement. Whether it's a supervisor, a child, a lover, a friend, when we are consistently being taken advantage of we need to move on. We can't let fear or a misplaced sense of duty keep us stuck. Although we may need to use some caution, depending on the situation, we absolutely need to keep moving forward in life.
