Although changes are coming in your life, they will not be hugely disruptive.  As some situations come to an end, new opportunities open up, usually ones that are more rewarding.  You just have to be open to what's new and not remain focused on what you have outgrown.

Eihwaz paired with Death reversed is telling us that although things will be changing, with some things coming to an end, these changes will not be as upsetting as we expect them to be.  They may actually feel like a bit of a relief.  Sometimes it takes a situation ending before we can truly see how much it was holding us back.
