Thinking you can do more than is realistic, or hoping that everything falls
perfectly into place so that you can do all you plan on, is a recipe for
disaster today. Keep your plans small, and you just might find yourself able to
do a bit more than expected instead of a lot less than you had counted on.
Tarot Card of the Day: World Reversed
Some days things just don’t seem to go right no matter how hard you try.
You may just be trying too hard, or perhaps biting off more than you can chew. It’s
easy to get so eager to finish something you have been working on for a while,
or that seems overwhelming, that you try to take some shortcuts or rush through
things. These are almost sure ways of ensuring that you at least delay, if not
outright damage your goal. Take small steps, it will take longer, but you are
more likely to be successful.
The Two Together
The pairing of the World and Perthro both reversed is very clearly telling
us to take our time, to not overdo. In this holiday season, everyone has lots
of extra things to do; be careful how much you commit to-it’s very easy to get
overwhelmed. Do what you comfortably can, don’t push or rush to get everything
done at once. Better to do less and have it done right, than to try too much
and get nothing done well at all.
