Rune of the Day: Uruz Reversed
You may feel a bit under the weather today, more out of sorts than actually
ill. It is time to make some changes in
your life, changes that you may not be ready to make. This feeling
"off" is one way of delaying these changes. We all need to reinvent
ourselves as time goes on, but it is rarely an easy process. Sometimes our subconscious steps in and gives
us a reason to delay, such as a minor illness.
Tarot Card of the Day: Devil
Although it may feel like the fates are against you lately, it is actually
your own choices that are holding you back. We all face temptation every day,
both big and small, and even if we only give in to the small stuff, eventually
it all adds up and has to be dealt with. The Devil today is reminding us that
we almost always can trace our problems back to our own bad judgment if we are
just honest with ourselves.
The Two Together
The pairing of Uruz reversed with the Devil is telling us that it is time to really look at our choices in life, and the consequences they have led to. We need to make some changes within ourselves, and although it will be very tempting to put these changes off, the longer we do so, the bigger and more painful these changes will be when we do finally make them. Really pay attention to your choices right now, make sure you are always choosing for the highest good, not the easiest way out.
