Jera is a rune of long term rewards, of a beneficial outcome, of fertility and harvest.

Know that those goals you have been working towards are going to come to fruition soon.  Patience is still needed, there are not quick rewards with Jera, but those who have patiently been toiling away will see their rewards very soon.

This is a rune that indicates rewards for hard work and planning.  That does not mean that it is now time to slack off, those rewards took a lot of work, don't lose them now by being careless. 

Tarot Card of the Day:  5 Of Pentacles Reversed

The 5 of Pentacles is a card of appreciating what we have, of finding hidden blessings in any situation.

Look for the positive today, find the things that make you smile, even if they are small things: a ray of sun, the sound of a child’s laughter, a stranger’s smile. The more you find the positive today, the more positive you will put out.  What we put out, we attract.  Changing your outlook changes your life.

 

The Two Together

Jera paired with the 5 of Pentacles is telling us that we make our own fortune.  We have to work for what we truly want, they don’t come easily-most of us know that by now!  But a positive attitude helps us to attract positive things, maybe not quickly, but it does attract them.

Looking on the positive side also makes time go by faster, and much more pleasantly.  A day appreciating little things passes much faster than a day brooding on what we don’t have
