Rune of the Day: Ehwaz Reversed

Ehwaz reversed is a rune of blockages and delays, of stagnation.

This rune appears when one is stuck in a rut, spiritually and emotionally, when one is feeling disconnected, or out-of-sorts emotionally.

Ehwaz reversed represents emotional or spiritual blockages, and sometimes delays in new things starting.  Often these delays are the Divine's way of saying that one is just not ready yet.

Meditate, spend time in nature, clear the chakras, just do something to help reconnect with the Divine.  Re-establishing that contact will help one see what must be done to clear the blockages and begin moving forward again.

Tarot Card of the Day: Wheel of Fortune

The Wheel of Fortune is a card of of fate, of resolution and outcomes, of advancement.

This card is neither positive nor negative on its own, it is greatly influenced in a reading by the cards around it.  As a stand-alone card of the day, it is very much stating that it is up to us to make today a good or bad day.

The more positive energy that is put out, the better today will be, the more negative energy expended, the worse the day will be.

The Wheel of Fortune also represents resolution to problems, again perspective is key.  A less than positive outcome to a situation can still be a good thing: the situation is now resolved and no longer needs to be draining one of energy.  It is now a done deal that can be walked away from, so that new, more positive projects can be undertaken.

The Two Together:

Ehwaz reversed paired with the Wheel of Fortune is clearly telling us that we are what is standing in our own way.   Ehwaz speaks of blockages and delays, while the Wheel of Fortune is telling us that our fate, and fortune, is in our own hands.

That makes today a great day to tackle the things we have been meaning to get to.  All the projects we've been meaning to get to and just haven't had a chance; the ones hanging over our heads 'cuz we know we have to do them sooner or later.

Tackle a couple of them today, even finishing just one can create a new sense of accomplishment and that positivity will blow those blockages right out of our way!

Blessings!
